How long does it take to receive my order? Most order are shipped with in 24-48 hours. Order take 7-10 business days.

 

How do I track my order? To track your order, please E-mail tracking@hogcartours.com. Please included your name, E-mail, and order number and a customer service consultant will assist you. If your order does not have a tracking number your order has not shipped.

 

When will my back order arrive?If the product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product, or we currently in production, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via E-mail.

 

My order never arrived. Please find the order in question, E-mail tracking@hogcartours.com. Please included your name, E-mail, and order number and a customer service consultant will assist you. Once you have e-mailed us we will located the order. See shipping times; please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

 

How do I cancel an order/item?To cancel an ‘Order’ E-mail Cancel@hogcartours.com. Please included your name, E-mail, and order number and a customer service consultant will assist you. You have 24-48 hours to cancel your order, unless the order has been completed. If you wish, you may go to the product Return page.

Can I have my order shipped to an APO / FPO or P.O. Box?Yes you can, however we would highly recommend having items shipped to a home or business address. We are unable guarantee delivery times to Government FPO / APO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Items may be held or delayed due to Government customs regulations. Customers that choose to have items shipped to an FPO, APO or P.O. Box are responsible for lost shipments and non-deliverable items after leaving our warehouse. All costs related to re-shipment of items are sole responsibility of the customer.

 

How do I return a product?

Orders with items that you may be able to return will have listed on your invoice. All custom items can not be returned do to the customization of the item. However if the item shipped , with an error or misprint, wrong size may be exchanged only. You will need a RMA# to return any item. E-mail return@hogcartours.com. Please included your name, E-mail, and order number and a customer service consultant will assist you. All items shipped without a RMA# will not be accepted and will not be processed.

 

How much is my shipping?

Please see your shopping cart to estimate your shipping charges and delivery times. Hogcartours.com automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you checkout.

 

Please Note: These charges do not apply to International Shipments. Time to time we will charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus a smaller fee for each item in that shipment. In each shipment, the item with the highest per-shipment cost determines the per-shipment fee; per-item charges are applied according to the products you’re ordering. Hogcartours.com offers four shipping options: Standard Shipping (7-10 business days), Express Shipping (1-3 business days), Canada Shipping (3-15 business days) and International Shipping (5-21 business days).

Shipment time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on stock availability. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site.

Usually ships in 24-48 Hours

The item is in stock and ready to go. All products usually ship 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed before 4 PM Eastern Standard Time. Tracking information, when available, will be available after items has shipped. Usually Ships in 3-5 Days.

 

Back Order

If the product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product, or we currently in production, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via Email.

 

On Order

This product is not currently in stock. We have ordered the product from our supplier and will ship your item as soon as possible. We will update you on the status of your order via Email.

 

Currently Unavailable

This product is currently unavailable from the manufacturer. We are not accepting orders for it at this time. Please check our web site for future availability.

Hogcartours.com Return Policy at a Glance

Most Non-Clearance Store products may be exchanged within 30 days of your product’s shipping date. Orders with items that you may be able to return will have listed on your invoice.

 

All custom products cannot be returned, due to the customization of the item. However if the item shipped with an error, misprint or wrong size, the item(s) may be exchanged only.

 

Clearance Store and Price Mistake of the Day products may be returned only when defective and within 14 days of your product’s shipping date.

 

International orders may be exchanged only when defective.

Digital Video, DVDs, may be exchanged within 14 days if defective (7 days for Clearance Store and Price Mistake of the Day products) of your product’s shipping date for the same item only. Non-defective items there is no refunds available.

 

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

 

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip.

 

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

 

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. Will be shipped as standard shipping method unless other wised noted. You may upgrade your shipping prior order leaving the warehouse. Credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.

 

Hogcartours.com reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. Depending on the type of RMA, hogcartours.com might or might not pay shipping on the RMA. hogcartours.com does not pay shipping on replacement RMAs in the unlikely case that a replacement RMA is issued.

We accept personal checks, company checks, cashier’s checks and money orders for most products*.

Please write your order number on the check.

We process your order after we receive your money order or cashier’s check.

For personal and company checks, we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Please see below to determine if your order will be taxed.

Hogcartours.com charges sales tax for orders shipped to Nevada. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) and not shipping costs. To see the total sales tax charged on your order, click on checkout underneath your basket listings.

 

We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Just email us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that of your order’s to e-mail sales@hogcartours.com. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.

 

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
